Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish, assisting clients with inquiries and providing tailored recommendations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand
- Guide customers through the luxury shopping experience, effectively communicating product features and advantages
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience
- Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury products and brand offerings to assist clients knowledgeably
- Support visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain an appealing online presence
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in retail, luxury customer service, or similar fields is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele
- A genuine passion for luxury brands and an understanding of customer expectations in a premium retail environment
