Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and language skills
- Provide candidates with comprehensive information about job opportunities and relocation benefits
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring companies in Italy and abroad
- Assist candidates with the relocation process, including housing and local customs advice
- Maintain records and databases of candidates and job placements for reporting
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients and candidates
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools for candidate tracking
- A strong desire to help individuals find their ideal career paths while understanding their unique challenges
