Responsibilities
- Offer personalized support to Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their travel needs and inquiries with utmost professionalism
- Manage the booking process for flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring all details are accurate and meet client expectations
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues via various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
- Stay updated on travel destinations, trends, and offerings to provide informed recommendations and insights
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices
- Document all client interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Assist in creating travel guides and resources tailored to the needs of Spanish-speaking clients
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in travel services or customer support is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is an advantage
