In this critical role, you will provide support to Italian-speaking clients requiring assistance during roadside emergencies. Responsibilities
- Handle emergency roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients in a remote environment
- Evaluate client needs and efficiently dispatch the appropriate assistance services
- Ensure professional and clear communication with clients from initial contact to case resolution
- Accurately document all service requests and actions taken according to company standards
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency response teams to ensure quick service delivery
- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Keep informed about local laws, company policies, and best practices in roadside assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably in roadside assistance or emergency support
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and remain proactive in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and emergency response protocols is a plus
- Flexible availability to accommodate various scheduling needs, including weekends if necessary
