Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and support
- Resolve customer concerns and technical issues related to car rentals efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately, keeping comprehensive records and ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer requests and problems
- Stay informed about the latest offerings, promotions, and services to effectively inform customers
- Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and enhance service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or automotive sector
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if required
