Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, content access, and technical issues related to the streaming service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and improve service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the streaming industry and the company's offerings
- Work towards achieving performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the entertainment or technology sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and technology is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
