Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, subscription issues, and content availability
- Resolve technical problems and provide users with guidance on device compatibility and streaming quality
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain detailed records of feedback and inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to address complex issues and improve service delivery
- Stay updated on the latest platform features, content releases, and industry trends to provide informed assistance
- Achieve performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response time
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technology is an advantage
