Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat platforms, addressing their inquiries effectively
- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and warranty claims
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Work closely with technical support teams to resolve more complex customer issues
- Keep updated on product features, updates, and market trends to provide relevant support
- Achieve and maintain performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service techniques
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the electronics or technology field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong technical skills and enthusiasm for consumer electronics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
