The House of Mercier is actively seeking a Finnish Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant to join our remote team based in Greece. Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to emergency calls from Finnish-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance
- Assess vehicle issues and provide effective solutions over the phone, including troubleshooting and coordinating towing services as necessary
- Communicate with empathy and clarity, ensuring customers are informed throughout the assistance process
- Document all service calls and actions taken according to company policies
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency services to facilitate prompt assistance
- Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and swift support
- Stay informed about company guidelines, roadside assistance protocols, and local regulations to provide knowledgeable service
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, emergency response, or automotive services is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing time and tasks
- Proficient with computer systems and digital communication tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
