Responsibilities
- Offer excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns
- Assist customers with account maintenance, transaction inquiries, and service-related issues
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough follow-up and case management
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector
