Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services
- Assist customers with account setups, transactions, and resolving account-related issues quickly and effectively
- Guide customers through the processes of managing their finances and understanding product features
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation of all inquiries and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries and escalate issues as necessary
- Stay updated on company policies, financial regulations, and product offerings to provide informed support
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining motivated
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
