In this role, you will be the primary support contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with technical issues and inquiries related to our products. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to customers in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes, installations, and product usage
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM system
- Develop and update support documentation, including FAQs and guides in Italian
- Collaborate with the technical team to discuss customer feedback and potential areas for product improvement
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our service
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a technical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic technical knowledge of software and hardware relevant to our products
