Key Responsibilities
- Assist Finnish-speaking clients with inquiries and concerns related to search engine services
- Educate customers on effectively utilizing digital marketing tools for search engine optimization
- Provide clear and tailored responses to client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer accounts to provide personalized recommendations for online growth and visibility
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to offer relevant insights to clients
- Document customer feedback and interactions to continually improve service quality
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an effective and seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, especially in search engine optimization, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for client understanding
