Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch technical assistance to Spanish-speaking clients through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat)
- Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure client satisfaction
- Educate clients on the features and functionalities of our digital platforms
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including issues and solutions
- Work collaboratively with the support team to share knowledge and improve service processes
- Stay updated on product innovations and technical enhancements
- Engage in ongoing training and development activities to refine your technical expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical information
- Familiarity with digital platforms and online troubleshooting practices
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced setting
