The House of Mercier is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Technical Support Representative to join our team, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are handled promptly and effectively. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen their loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to customers in German via phone, email, and chat, effectively addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Guide customers through product installation, configuration, and usage to ensure a smooth user experience
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document solutions provided
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and suggest potential improvements
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to deliver informed and effective support
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of self-help documentation and resources for customers
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear and empathetic support
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- A proactive approach to resolving customer issues and enhancing their overall experience
