- Document customer interactions, gather feedback, and contribute insights for service improvement

Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, especially in search engine optimization, is advantageous

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
