Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, and product details in a timely and professional manner
- Offer knowledgeable product advice and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
- Document and manage customer interactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in the company database
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage in regular training to stay informed about product updates and effective customer support techniques
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is a must; proficiency in English is also required
- Experience in customer service, especially within the e-commerce or fashion retail sector, is preferred
- A strong interest in fashion and an understanding of current industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being an effective team player
