Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Polish via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, effectively addressing inquiries related to our luxury offerings
- Assist customers through the purchasing process, offering detailed product information and resolving any issues that may arise
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for a positive resolution to enhance customer loyalty
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain clear and comprehensive records for continuous improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support customer needs and improve overall service quality
- Stay informed about product details, promotions, and industry trends to offer relevant advice to customers
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the luxury or premium retail sectors, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and offer constructive solutions
- Genuine interest in luxury products and a solid understanding of the customer journey in high-end retail
