Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding their accommodation needs
- Assess client preferences and needs to recommend appropriate housing options
- Facilitate communication with property owners and landlords to organize viewings and negotiate lease terms
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system
- Stay informed about local housing market trends and regulations to provide clients with accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and improve client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English, both written and spoken
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or accommodation services preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective client engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are required
- Familiarity with the Greek housing market is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms
