We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Accommodation Services Specialist to join our remote team in Greece. In this role, you will provide essential support to Italian-speaking clients as they search for suitable accommodation during their relocation. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, understanding client needs, and facilitating a smooth housing search process. You will leverage your language skills to create positive experiences for clients, guiding them through everything from inquiries to securing their new homes. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to Italian-speaking clients regarding their accommodation needs
- Assess client preferences and recommend suitable housing options tailored to their requirements
- Communicate effectively with property owners and landlords to arrange viewings and lease negotiations
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via various communication channels
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system
- Stay informed about local housing market trends and regulations to offer insight and guidance
- Collaborate with your team to enhance service delivery and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or related field focused on accommodation services is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the Greek housing market is an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
