Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech solutions and help resolve any issues they may encounter
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our services
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to offer valuable support to clients
- Foster a positive customer experience that encourages brand loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for service quality assurance
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the FinTech industry, is advantageous
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to simplify complex financial technology information for clients
- Experience in gathering and utilizing customer insights for service enhancements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools
- Must have a stable internet connection and a conducive remote work setup in Greece
