Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content across prominent social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review and evaluate posts, comments, and messages in Polish for appropriateness and relevance
- Identify and report violations of community standards, including hate speech, misinformation, and harassment
- Engage with users by responding to inquiries about moderation practices and community policies
- Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and improve content moderation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and assist in tracking content trends
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and changes in platform policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret context contextually
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their moderation guidelines
- Able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team
