Responsibilities
- Engage with Polish-speaking clients to assess their travel needs and provide personalized travel recommendations
- Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and activities
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire travel planning process
- Utilize travel management systems to effectively handle reservations and maintain precise client records
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and special offers that cater to Polish travelers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and necessary documentation for clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a travel agency or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a remote work environment and work independently
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is a plus
