In this role, you will be vital in providing outstanding technical support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring they experience our innovative IT products and services seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve various hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical resolutions in our support system
- Assist clients in understanding best practices to maximize their use of our IT solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively
- Stay updated on product enhancements and industry developments to enhance service delivery
- Participate in continuous training to advance your technical skills and customer service proficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with help desk software and IT support tools is a plus
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
