Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their travel-related questions
- Assist customers with booking flight tickets, accommodations, and other travel services, as well as modifications and cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure appropriate follow-up on inquiries
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to gather information needed to assist customers effectively
- Stay updated on travel regulations, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics and performance targets regularly
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service
- Ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary
