Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently and professionally to inquiries from Italian-speaking customers regarding a variety of banking products and services
- Provide accurate information concerning banking policies, transactions, and account management
- Assist clients in resolving account issues effectively and empathetically
- Document all customer interactions insights in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial sector
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing high levels of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
