Responsibilities

Assist customers in Italian through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding banking services
Support clients with account management, transaction processing, and resolving any service-related issues
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and seek effective solutions
Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred

Familiarity with banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements, is a plus
