Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in Italian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, effectively addressing inquiries regarding our luxurious offerings
- Assist customers throughout the ordering process, providing accurate product information and resolving any issues that may arise
- Handle customer complaints sensitively and professionally, striving for resolutions that lead to positive customer experiences
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions to ensure a smooth communication process and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and meet overall business objectives
- Stay updated on product details, promotions, and industry trends to deliver relevant and informed assistance to customers
- Participate in training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills within the luxury retail sector
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the luxury or high-end retail sector
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and challenges
- Passion for luxury products and a solid understanding of the retail customer experience
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote work environment
