Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to flights, bookings, and travel policies
- Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling flight reservations, including handling special requests
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately while managing follow-ups on outstanding inquiries
- Work collaboratively with relevant departments to ensure an efficient service delivery
- Stay updated on airline policies, routes, and current offers to provide accurate and timely information
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and maintain productivity
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems and customer service platforms is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
