Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Work towards achieving and exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
