We are currently looking for an Italian Speaking Accommodation Services Specialist to join our remote team based in Greece. In this critical role, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in their search for accommodation as they transition to new environments. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, understanding client preferences, and helping them navigate the housing market efficiently. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients regarding accommodation inquiries
- Assess client needs and preferences to recommend suitable housing options
- Facilitate communication with landlords and property owners to arrange viewings and negotiate lease terms
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
- Stay informed about local housing market trends and accommodations regulations to guide clients effectively
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer service or accommodation services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the Greek housing market is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
