In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking motorists requiring immediate roadside assistance. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency calls from Italian-speaking clients needing roadside assistance
Assess vehicle issues over the phone and provide clear instructions or coordinate necessary towing and repair services
Maintain empathetic communication with customers, reassuring them and keeping them informed throughout their emergency situation
Document all customer interactions accurately in accordance with company policies
Collaborate with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate timely assistance
Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient service delivery
Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance protocols, and local driving regulations to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or the automotive industry is preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Proficient in using computer systems and communication technologies
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
