Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored travel recommendations
- Manage the booking process for flights, accommodations, and additional travel services
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire travel journey
- Utilize travel management systems to process reservations and maintain accurate client information
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destination highlights, and special offers
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and necessary documentation for clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in a travel agency or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is an advantage
