In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to their online travel bookings and experiences. Your fluency in Italian will be crucial in delivering personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in Italian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding online travel services
Guide clients through the booking process, provide information about itineraries, and address any concerns or adjustments needed
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, striving for quick and effective resolutions
Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records of inquiries and feedback

Requirements
