The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for transportation services, available for remote work in Greece. In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries and issues related to our transportation services. Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Spanish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about transportation services
- Help clients navigate booking processes, make itinerary adjustments, and provide relevant information regarding travel policies
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a focus on achieving swift resolutions
- Document customer interactions accurately and keep detailed records of inquiries and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively
- Stay informed about the latest trends and services in the transportation industry to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction in the transportation sector
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the transportation or travel industry
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service
- Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries effectively and provide timely resolutions
- Familiarity with transportation services and booking systems is an advantage
