Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to our products and services
- Guide customers on the effective use of our products and provide tailored solutions
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries effectively
- Keep current on product updates and industry trends to enhance support quality
- Participate in ongoing training to improve your technical skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in technology-related roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is advantageous
