The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a Norwegian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant to join our remote team in Greece. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking motorists requiring immediate roadside assistance. Your strong communication skills and ability to provide calm and effective support during emergencies will be essential in ensuring our clients receive the help they need. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls from Norwegian-speaking clients needing roadside assistance
- Assess vehicle issues over the phone and provide clear instructions or coordinate necessary towing and repair services
- Maintain empathetic communication with customers, reassuring them and keeping them informed throughout their emergency situation
- Document all customer interactions accurately in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate timely assistance
- Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient service delivery
- Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance protocols, and local driving regulations to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and communication technologies
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
