Nordic Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant located in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support. As a consultant, you will assist Nordic-speaking clients with their search engine inquiries and help them optimize their online presence effectively from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to Nordic-speaking clients regarding search engine services and optimization techniques
- Educate customers on how to effectively use search engine tools to improve their online visibility
- Respond to client inquiries with clarity, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
- Analyze customer accounts and deliver personalized recommendations for improvement and growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and advice
- Document interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing service enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, particularly in search engine optimization, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to simplify complex technical concepts for customer understanding
- Familiarity with search engine tools and analytics platforms is considered a plus
