Responsibilities
- Explore and evaluate various job opportunities available for Dutch-speaking candidates in Greece
- Provide personalized support and guidance throughout the relocation process, including job application, interviews, and settling in
- Engage with potential employers and facilitate communication to ease the hiring process
- Offer insights into the local job market and provide clients with useful resources for relocation
- Maintain strong communication with candidates to provide timely updates and support
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the relocation and job placement experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in recruitment, customer service, or similar fields is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and employers
- Passion for helping others and assisting them through the relocation journey
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with the Greek job market and relocation processes is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
