Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries and provide comprehensive support
- Translate technical documents and communications from Dutch to Greek and vice versa
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all levels of interaction
- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored solutions for client needs and requirements
- Organize and conduct training sessions for new staff on Dutch language protocols
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and gather feedback for improvement
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to identify suitable job opportunities for Dutch-speaking candidates
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role within the consumer services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- A passion for cultural exchange and experience living or working abroad is highly desirable
- Availability to relocate to Greece within a specified timeframe
