Responsibilities

Assist customers in Dutch through various communication channels like phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing support for our products and services
Guide clients in troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns related to their accounts or services
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and aim for quick resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction
Document all interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and outcomes
Work collaboratively with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues as needed
Stay informed about the company's offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
Participate in initiatives designed to enhance overall customer experience and build brand loyalty

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on providing outstanding customer service
Ability to troubleshoot client inquiries and provide effective solutions
Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Greece for this role
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
