Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and support needs
- Guide clients through processes, resolving issues and providing detailed information about our services
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on finding effective resolutions
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Stay updated on service offerings and industry standards to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Contribute to initiatives designed to enhance the overall customer experience and drive satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
