Responsibilities
- Identify and apply for Dutch-speaking job opportunities in various sectors within Greece
- Assist candidates with their relocation process by providing essential information and resources
- Provide guidance on adapting to the local culture and work environment in Greece
- Conduct informative sessions about the benefits of relocating and working abroad
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and the skills required for candidates
- Support candidates in preparing their resumes and cover letters tailored for the Greek job market
- Follow up with candidates post-placement to ensure successful integration into their new roles
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Proven experience in recruitment, customer service, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with relocation services or international job placements is advantageous
