The Chief of Staff to the CEO of TLF will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that the CEO's vision and strategies are implemented effectively across the organization. The Chief of Staff will facilitate communication and collaboration among executive team members and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plans.
- Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
Executive Support:
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on various issues.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing appointments and ensuring efficient use of time.
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and lead executive meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices and operational improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on company performance.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide executive team members and other staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the IT start-up sector.
- Experience of work in consulting companies is an advantage
- Fluent English is a must
- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
