Duties and Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with platform partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services to partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and optimize partner performance.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates on new features, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless partner integration and satisfaction.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to partners based on data analysis and industry knowledge.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners, ensuring a positive and professional resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues affecting partners.
