Position Summary
EC Markets is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, user experience strategies, and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Graphic Designer to ensure that designs are properly implemented.
- User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience.
- A/B Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user interface.
- Mobile & Web Design: Design for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendliness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the financial or tech industries.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
