A performance-based Affiliate Network / Digital Marketing company, specializing in the Crypto, Casino, and Dating industries. We are seeking to hire a highly capable and experienced individual for the position of Head of Advertising Department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire advertising team, building strategies for maximizing traffic sales and client engagement, while working closely with our advertising partners across key markets.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience managing a team in the advertising or digital marketing space, with deep knowledge of the crypto industry, as well as casino and dating verticals.
Requirements and Skills:
• • At least one year of experience managing an advertising or brand team.
• • Strong knowledge of the crypto industry, with additional experience in casino and dating verticals.
• • Excellent understanding of advertising metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, and ROI.
• • Proficiency with known tracking solutions (e.g., Trackbox, Getlinked, Cake, in-house solutions).
• • Advanced sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience closing high-value deals.
• • Excellent team management and partnership management skills.
• • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• • Willingness to travel to global advertising and affiliate events.
