B2B Account Manager serves as the main point of contact between our partners and all internal departments of the company. The role of the Account Manager is to guide, support, offer knowledge to our partners and assist in all operations from initiation to launch.
Furthermore, he or she should have a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. All in all, the position is about creating and cultivating partner relationships, supporting growth and helping in all needed matters relevant to B2B projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience within B2B Account Management
- Previous experience within the iGaming sector will be considered as a huge advantage
- Great communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and excellent time management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Deep understanding in all products and services iGate has to offer
- Responsible for all projects relevant to the stakeholders from the initiation to launch
- Presentation and analysis of all reports related to accounts and financial targets
- Ensuring client satisfaction through careful management and prioritization
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets set by the management
- Working closely with all departments internally focusing on task completion and successful delivery
- Be responsible and accountable for any commercial related matters
