Your Responsibilities

Engage with Italian-speaking customers through various channels, addressing their inquiries about gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay
Provide detailed and clear information about game features, bonuses, and promotional offers to enhance user engagement
Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to provide accurate information during customer interactions
Document customer feedback and interactions to contribute to continuous improvement of our services
Collaborate with remote team members to foster a supportive and engaging work environment
Support initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention among our Italian-speaking clientele

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of Greek is an advantage
Experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online entertainment industries, is preferred
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional approach to customer interactions
Able to explain complex gaming concepts in a simple and engaging manner
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documenting customer interactions
