Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their travel needs and offer personalized travel solutions
- Manage booking processes for flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the travel journey
- Utilize travel management systems to handle reservations and maintain client records effectively
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and promotional offers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and issue detailed travel itineraries and necessary documentation for clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in a travel agency or customer service role is preferred
