In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring their satisfaction with our innovative FinTech services. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and services
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers to identify trends and areas for service improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to deliver knowledgeable support
- Encourage a positive customer experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to uphold service quality standards
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the FinTech industry, is desirable
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain complex FinTech concepts in a clear and accessible manner
- Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback for service enhancements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools
- Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment in Greece
